Having finished the battle to overthrow the first two princes dominating America, we then began to prepare for the next round. Sunny Day soon called to tell me that she had received confirmation from a man in Texas that there was to be a battle on March 8. We inquired of the Lord about this, and on February 28, 2001 God confirmed this with more specific details:
“You will engage in spiritual warfare on March 8 and will overthrow one prince. The battle will last from 1:47 p.m. CST to March 9 at 1:47 p.m. CST.”
“Which prince will we be fighting?” we asked.
“Ask on Friday.”
We assumed that this would be Friday, March 2nd, but as it turned out, He would not identify the prince in question until the end of the battle, Friday, March 9th. We were only able to discern that this was “the spirit of the moneychangers,” which we named Subjection before learning later that its actual name was Usury.
We discerned that we were about the overthrow the prince who controlled the Federal Reserve Bank and its debt-money system.
The Petition
On the morning of March 8, before the battle, Robert received this Word:
“Stephen is to draw up a Petition before the Divine Court, based upon Romans 6:22. The key word is servants within the context of the entire verse. The Petition is to be written in one sentence, and you and Stephen are to be in agreement on this.”
Romans 6:22 KJV reads,
22 And now, being set free from being servants of sin and being made servants of God, we present the fruit of our labor unto holiness and its consummation eternal Life.
Debtors are servants to their creditors, and the economic heart of the Babylonian system is rooted in slavery through debt. Jesus’ parable in Luke 19:12-27 speaks of a man who did not know his master very well, calling him “an exacting man; you take up what you did not lay down and reap what you did not sow” (Luke 19:21). This is the classic definition of theft through usury.
The point of that parable, of course, is that the so-called “exacting man” is God Himself, who was misunderstood by the servant. God’s verdict, then, says, “If you really thought that I was a thief, “then why did you not put my money at the bank, and having come, I would have collected it with interest?” This was not an endorsement of usury, as so many today believe. Jesus’ parable did not put away the laws against usury or theft in general.
Loans were to be helpful to people, not oppressive. The law commands us to love our neighbors and help them in time of need—not put them into bondage. The law of God is based in love; many of the laws of men are based in self-interest and promote sin and slavery.
So at 1:47 p.m. on March 8, 2001, we presented this Petition in the Divine Court:
“We ask to be set free from the spirit of the moneychangers, and we ask that you send Your angelic warriors to take this spirit captive and imprisoned in Tartarus.”
The only place the Bible makes reference to Tartarus is in 2 Peter 2:4, where “hell” is Tartarus, or the abyss. It is where evil spirits are bound by chains of light so they can no longer influence us in this earthly plane.
This single sentence was the core of our Petition. Of course, we had an introduction of praise to God at the beginning, and we also asked God to replace this evil spirit with the Spirit of Helpfulness. Usury may seem to be “helpful” to those in need, but in the end, they always have to repay more than they borrowed. True helpfulness is based on love.
At the end of this second battle, we asked God for the real name of this prince. He gave us the answer a few days later on March 12.
“The prince you have called Subjection and the Spirit of the Moneychangers is named the Prince of Usury. He came to America April 13, 1912. The sinking of the Titanic was a sign of America coming into bondage to the Prince of Usury.”
Many of you know that the Titanic was sunk in order to kill those bankers on board who had opposed the passage of the Federal Reserve Bank that other bankers had planned at their meeting in Jekyl Island in 1910.
The stock market reacted to our Petition by dropping 1600 points, which at the time was a very large drop. It ended only when our third battle began on March 22, at which time our attention was turned to another battlefront. On March 22 the Dow closed at 9,389 and officially ended in “bear” territory (down 20 percent from its high point on January 14, 2000).
By comparison, a 20 percent drop today would be 6,800 points within two weeks, from 34,000 to 25,200.
As with the first battle, the second accomplished its purpose in the Divine Court in heaven and ensured the eventual collapse of the Federal Reserve Bank. According to reports, the Fed was put under the authority of the US Treasury in March 2020. If so, it took 19 years to accomplish. I believe that our prayers are being answered, though much of this news is still unreported by the mainstream media.
Even so, with interest rates near zero, it is no secret that usury has been declining recently.
Battle #3: Divorcing the Golden Calves
The third battle was scheduled for March 22-24, in which we overthrew the last four princes: the red dragon, the Prince of Counterfeit, the Prince of Slavery, and the Prince of Influence. These were replaced by the Spirit of Maturity, Temperance, Responsibility, and Faithfulness. The result of this battle was for America to obtain a divorce from her false husband. Hosea 2:5 says, “For she said, ‘I will go after my lovers’.”
Leaving God and going after the golden calves has been a problem for thousands of years.
Recall that we fought three rounds against the red dragon in 1997, 1998, and 1999, concluding with Dragon’s End prayer campaign. We learned later that the red dragon was wounded and lost power, but he was not fully destroyed. The same was true of the Prince of Persia who was the red dragon’s main assistant in that battle.
Recall also Heidi’s vision in Washington state where she saw the Prince of Persia pounding the ground and screeching. He was complaining, she said, because of someone named Stephen who was battling against him. On April 16, 2001, I inquired of the Lord about this. He said this:
“She was seeing the beginning of his overthrow in that prayer campaign. The Prince of Persia had just become aware of his imminent overthrow when she saw him pounding the earth. Dragon’s End prayer campaign established in the earth the end of power for both the red dragon and the Prince of Persia. The Prince of Persia has speeded up his timetable, knowing his time is short.”
Throughout the first two battles in 2001, God had given us occasional insights about the battles yet to come. On February 27, 2001 I asked if the victory in the first battle had given us legal cause against the red dragon, in that he had directed that battle from a safe distance.
“Yes, I will soon lead you to do offensive warfare against the red dragon.”
“When?”
“March 22, 2001. It will be a three-day battle. You and Robert will conduct it.”
“What Scripture deals with this battle?”
“Galatians 2:18.” [“For if I rebuild what I have once destroyed, I prove myself to be a transgressor.” At the time, we did not understand what this meant. I will explain it shortly.]
“In the battle March 22-24, you will take four Princes captive—the red dragon and three others. The red dragon was the Prince of Egypt in the days of Moses. He was overthrown at Passover but moved from there south to Ethiopia.”
The next day, February 28, the Lord gave Robert and I the precise time that we were to go on the attack against the red dragon.
“It begins March 22, 1:47 p.m. CST. It ends March 24 at 1:47 p.m. CST.”
So even while fighting the first two battles, we were already anticipating the third and final battle, and God was giving us instructions a little at a time. But this battle had a positive side as well. It was not only designed to overthrow demonic princes but also to build or reconstruct the apostolic ministry for the work ahead. So this prayer campaign was called:
He is Building Effective Apostleship
The name of the prayer campaign was taken from Galatians 2:8,
8 for He who effectually worked [energeo, “to work, put forth power or energy”] for Peter in his apostleship to the circumcised effectually worked [energeo] for me also to the Gentiles.
God had effectively worked in the lives of both apostles in different ways, because each had a different calling and purpose. God’s power worked in them to make them effective. Unfortunately, the apostolic calling had been corrupted over the centuries, for it had been used to put men into submission to men rather than to set them free into the liberty of the sons of God. Apostles are mere ambassadors for Christ. They represent Christ insofar as they are true to their calling, but one must understand the New Covenant in order to have effective apostleship.
This verse also interpreted Galatians 2:18, which had been given to us earlier. God was building effective apostleship, but He did not intend to “rebuild what I have once destroyed.” The corrupt apostleship was destroyed, and He did not intend to rebuild what He had destroyed. Instead, He was “building effective apostleship” and sending them out under a Tabernacles anointing.
The whole idea behind authority in the eyes of God is that He is strengthening certain ones to be more effective servants. This new apostleship God is now calling forth is a new class of more effective servants than ever created under the anointing of Passover or Pentecost. It will not be the kind of authority that asks what men can do for the apostle, but what the apostle can do to be of service to men.
This is what God has been building since March 2001.
